 FAQs

  • We aim to start setup 90 minutes before the big event. Set-up time is not included in your service rental.

  • Yes, a 50% non refundable initial investment will be required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

  • We can certainly move the booth from different locations during the event. Keep in mind; it would take at least 1 hour to break down and set up again.

  • We understand and respect your privacy. Upon request, we guarantee you that your event photos will not be shared on our website or social media pages.

  • Ideally, we aim to secure a 8 sq. foot area for the equipment. We can discuss other options, if space is limited.

  • We always wear professional attire with our Branding. Our standard is a blue or White Top with our logo. No matter what, our attendants maintain a professional look at all times.

  • This is completely up to you. From the time we arrive for set up to the time we finish breaking down and leave can be 6 hours or more. Our only request is that you let us know either way ahead of time. This way we can stop and pick something up along the way, if necessary. If you do choose to provide a meal, we would greatly appreciate it.


  • By no means is tipping/gratuity mandatory or expected. We charge a professional rate for a professional service. This means you won’t see a “tip jar” on our table. If at the end of the night you feel that we have surpassed your expectations and you want to provide a gratuity, we would accept it as the utmost compliment.

  • Summer Season Only - Please note that outdoor set-ups are required to have a protected/covered area available and a concrete surface underneath. Outdoor set-ups also require power via an outlet, generator, or extension cord. This will be the responsibility of the client. Additional fee will be added.

  • A non-refundable 50% retainer amount is required upon submission of the service agreement to secure the event date in our calendar.

    A credit of the amount paid can be applied toward a future event within 1 year.

  • All cancellations and date changes due to unexpected COVID virus surge must be made by contacting us. We can accommodate updating your reservation to a new date and honor the exact quote.
